Breed 50% crosses from local females and 75% males

Step 1:
Mate local females with a 75% dairy male

Result: 37% crossbreeds

Step 2:
Mate 37% females with a different 75% male. (not their own father.)

Result: 56% crossbreeds

This is near enough to 50%.

Keep both males and females for breeding. (But do not mate brother to sister).
